Well score another point for the folks at Tickle. This is me dead on. My family is the utter core of me, no question. Nothing is more important than that. When I talk about family it's not just my "blood family" I'm referring to. Mike's family is just as important to me. To be my friend automatically makes you part of the family. Do I find everyday life very funny... umm hello have you been reading My Thoughts? Do I poke fun at my family and/or roll my eyes at their antics. Hell. Yes.

We're still teasing Michael because once 15 years ago he asked if the hydro was still out even though the kitchen lights were on. I'm never one to miss an opportunity to make fun of the wacky rules Mike's Dad has on about every subject. Have I laughed at my Mom for her over indulgences in everything from gifts, to dinner and desserts? Maybe one or two gazillion times. Did I spearhead a campaign to having spilling your food on yourself re-named "Linda-ing" because Linda's forever spilling something on herself? Maybe. Have I continued on with said campaign even though Linda hasn't spilled anything on herself in quite some time? I plead the Fifth.

Do I love my family despite all their foibles. No, I love my family because of them. Nice work Tickle. So far you've been right 100% of the time.
