Mike was excited about this trip for multiple reasons, the biggest one likely being the opportunity to take the iPod out and really stretch it legs. You know, find out what it's made of. See what's under the hood. It took us 33 songs to get to the Pete and I know you're all dying to know what he subjected me too. Stay tuned for a full report coming soon!

Home Again
So we're back safe and sound from our whirl wind trip to the Pete. Mike had an awesome time at the concert with Melly. I had a great time driving around the downtown core in a Russian tank SUV with Dave looking for a video store that, despite his insistence to the contrary, didn't appear to exist. Before we headed home we hit a local greasy spoon for breakfast, multiple cups of coffee and conversation ranging from why fair trade coffee isn't enough to our mythical future trip to New York City. [I am and will be accepting suggestions of must see/must do things in the Big Apple should this trip actually happen.]
