Abby's bedtime is 8 pm. Thanks to school, the majority of the time she's asleep not long afterwards. So you can imagine my surprise when I caught her marching down the stairs at 9:15, all bright eyed and bushy tailed. Since I wasn't expecting to see her there she startled me and we both froze where we were. For a moment we just stared at each other. Finally she threw her hands up in the air and said, "Aren't you guys supposed to be in bed!?"
