Me: Okay Abby when you're at the birthday party today make sure you remember your manners.
Abby: I will Mom.
Me: Don't forget to say please and thank you.
Abby: I know. I know.
Me: And if you have to go to the bathroom, make sure you tell Mrs. BirthdayPartyMom that you have to go pee and can you use the bathroom.
Abby: I'll just say I have to use the bathroom. That's the nicer way to ask.
