Caesar Burgers
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 mozzarella slices
2 cups torn romaine lettuce
1/4 cup creamy caesar dressing
4 hamburg buns
Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Mix meat, 3 tbsp of the parmesan cheese and the garlic together. Shape into four patties.
Grill six minutes on each side or until burgers are cooked through. Top with cheese slices. Continue grilling for 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt.
Toss lettuce with 2 tbsp of dressing and 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese. Spoon evenly onto bottom halves of the bun. Top with patties and remaing 2 tbsp of dressing. Cover with bun tops and serve.
Recipe Notes: Please don't tell the recipe police, but I used baby spinach instead of romaine. Only because the romaine was looking a little gross at the grocery store. Also I had a grated cheese blend in the fridge so I used that in place of the mozza slices. This was a great, very flavourful burger. Highly recommend.

What is What's Cooking Wednesday and how can I play?
What's Cooking Wednesday was born out of a desire to get out of that "what's for dinner" rut. Playing is easy, wait until Wednesday rolls around and post a recipe that has been tried and tested by you. Pictures are always appreciated, but not necessary to play. Then drop me an email or leave a link in the comments letting me know you played so I can add you to the WCW weekly master list. And don't forget to link back here, the home of What's Cooking Wednesday.
