I'll tell you because I don't want you to hear it from anybody else. I am thisclose to being finished my Christmas shopping. I know, you all hate me just a little bit. That's okay I can take it. I actually started shopping in the summer, picking up bits and pieces here and there. That let's me find great deals. Oh how I wish I could tell you about the deals I scored.
Everyone on my list has been remarkably easy to shop for this year. Of course Abby's the easiest of all. I could spend my entire Christmas budget on her. My only stumbling block has been Maya. I have no idea what to get her. So I will be taking any and all gift suggestions for the almost two year old set.
Today one of my best blogging buddies asked what the worst gift you ever received way (go on over and let her know, I'll wait). So just to be the ying to her yang I'll ask what the best gift you ever received for Christmas was. Leave me a comment and let me know.

Umm the best, that would be my husbands and mine first christmas, he bought me a truck to go to work. Now I am lucky if I get a care, and I would have to wrap it anyways. ;)
I am not jealous either because I too am almost done. The thing that I hate is that now I have to start arranging my goodie baskets for people. Ugh, what a pain in the bum.
Best gift? When DH and I were first going together, I was gushing about this new clothing store I loved going to. He went there, got them to start keeping records of what I bought in which sizes, what I liked and disliked. Then, all he had to do was go in, tell them how much he wanted to spend, and they would pull together an outfit to go with what I already owned, in the colors I already loved. I am still wearing those clothes fifteen years later. Unfortunately, the company sold out to Penney's and has not been seen again.

As for best Christmas gift, I think that was a trip to DisneyWorld. I've never been there until three years ago. My husband....what a guy :)
Sam - good to hear from you. I miss you when you aren't around. I hear you on the basket thing. I used to have a gift basket business and it was, at times, a huge pain.
