:( I have had to deal with the "You don't love me" but not the I hate you. I think I would cry. I did cry when my nearly 5 year old said I didn't love her... HUGS!
I haven't had either so far, but yeah, I don't take that kind of thing well even though I'm (supposedly) the adult. Here's to better times.
