I'm trying to make a commitment to myself to get my aging arse into bed earlier than I normally do. It went pretty great the first two nights. Last night I got caught up in Touch a Truck planning and before I knew it the clock had moved past 11:30pm. Sigh. I am my own worst enemy.
Apparently operating on more than a handful of hours sleep is supposed to make me a better runner and help me lose more weight. I can only imagine it will make blogging easier too. I won't be trying to cobble together a post when I can barely keep my eyes open. Not that I'm doing that right now or anything....
