This is art created by Uncle Dave. The gentleman in the picture is our Grandpa in his younger days, back when he had hair as he liked to say. That picture of my Grandpa has been floating around my entire life and it's always been a favourite of mine. My grandparents were a huge help to my Mom after my Dad passed away. My Grandpa would come over every morning to make sure Dave and I got out the door to school without killing each other. Dave made this for my Mom a few Christmases ago and I loved it the moment I saw it, as did she. Grandpa has come to stay with us for now and I am so happy to have him here. I hung him in the living room this past week and have caught myself stopping to enjoy it often.
