summer job

So Abby has a couple of weeks of her summer job under her belt and she still seems happy about going to work, so I guess we can call it a win. It is ridiculously cute to have her come home after her four and a half hours of work and fling herself in the recliner telling us she's beat. Also adorable... as we plan out our summer activities Abby stands shoulder to shoulder with me at the calendar predicting which days she's going to have to work.

What Maya is finding not so adorable, conversations like this..... Abby: You're going to have to set the table tonight. I just got home from work.
