What's Cooking Wednesday - Potato Caesar Salad

Well it summer time and that means barbecue. I don't know about you, but I get a little tired of the same old macaroni and potato salad so here's a new twist on an old favourite.

Potato Caesar Salad

3 cups new potatoes, cooked & chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Roasted Garlic Caesar Dressing
Kraft Parmesan shredded cheese
2 green onions, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked

Toss potatoes with dressing & a few handfuls parmesan cheese.

Top with green onions, eggs and bacon.

Recipe Notes:This recipe is my favourite kind... quick and easy. It came out great and there's nothing I'd change about it. With the potatoes you can either peel them or leave the skins on. It's a nice break from the traditional.
