Caramelized Steak Skewers
1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Kraft Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, divided
1/4 cup kraft BarBQ sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
Toss steak with 2 tbsp of the dressing; let stand 10 minutes to marinate. Meanwhile, combine 2 tbsp dressing, the barbecue sauce and mustard, set aside.
Preheat barbecue to medium high heat. Thread steak onto 8 long soaked wooden or metal skewers.
Grill skewers 6 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning after 3 minutes and brushing generously with the barbecue sauce mixture.

What is What's Cooking Wednesday and how can I play?
What's Cooking Wednesday was born out of a desire to get out of that "what's for dinner" rut. Playing is easy, wait until Wednesday rolls around and post a recipe that has been tried and tested by you. Pictures are always appreciated, but not necessary to play. Then drop me an email or leave a link in the comments letting me know you played so I can add you to the WCW weekly master list. And don't forget to link back here, the home of What's Cooking Wednesday.

mouth watering even at 8:45am! keep going girl...you almost have my menu planned for my in-laws upcoming visit! they are *serious* carnivores & with last week's caesar burgers & this week's steak, i'm ready!!
Yum, I am going to try them this weekend!!
this looks really good, have to get some steak out of the deep freeze for tomorrow.
I also have the same problem with our barbeque, but mine is bent all out of wack since a cow turned around on my porch and used the barbeque to park her bum on.
bello - Glad I could help. I hope your in-laws enjoy it.
Suzel - Let me know how you like them.
Sam - Okay that's the funniest thing I have heard today!
