Today we celebrate Grandma Linda. The list of reasons that Grandma Linda rocks still applies and I could quite easily write another 56 reasons. The number 56 being completely arbitrary of course.
It goes without saying that Grandma Linda is a large part of what keeps this little family of mine running smoothly. I have to say since the girls have arrived on the scene her willingness to roll up her sleeves and pitch in has been one amazing blessing. I'm not sure I could ever adequately express my gratitude for that. For all the last minute baby sitting. For the sleep overs. For the swimming lessons. For respecting my parenting choices. For thinking I'm doing a pretty good job at this Mom stuff even when I wonder what in the hell I'm doing. For knowing that as much as she supports me I'm here to support her. For being a non-judgmental sounding board. For being an involved Grandma. And for a million more reasons I have a hard time articulating.
