Despite our best efforts sometimes we are not just not on our parenting game. I know this happens to me probably more often then I'd like, but it's always comforting to know you're not the only one.
Anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my brother. I love him like crazy and it's killing me that he's halfway round the world right now. So this post I get very much.
Speaking Of Dave, he and Mel have safely arrived in Holland where they will be spending the next 3 months. I am already counting down the days until Christmas Eve when we will next see them. The world travelers have promised to keep us updated via facebook and Dave's Awesome Internet Site. And since their life often seems like an episode of Seinfeld (quasi food poisoning on a seven hour flight) expect some laughs.
I am in awe. How did they construct this R2-D2 cake?
