this and that

Today we celebrate Papa's birthday! I'm not sure what else I can say about him. I may have already said it all. It's not easy to keep coming up with new ways to tell you how wonderful he is and how lucky we are to be sharing this life with him. Happy birthday Papa, we love you!

Dancing With the Stars is back and Abby couldn't be happier about it. She's already picked Brooke Burke to take the whole thing. During the opening credits I might add. She did the same thing last season with Kristi Yamaguchi. We'll have to see if she's right again this time.

Are you watching The New Adventures of Old Christine? That show makes me laugh right out loud. It's perfection.

Yes I'm watching 90210. I'm not even going to apologize for it. Mike thinks it's absolutely ridiculous and I might be inclined to take him more seriously if he hadn't tuned into the Knight Rider remake tonight and actually deemed it good. Ummm hello, the thumb thing..... were you not watching the thumb thing?

Survivor starts Thursday night, as does Grey's. Throw in the Office and you have television nirvana right there.

And too wrap things up it's safe to say I watch too much TV!

I stand by you with the new 90210. I'm shamelessly hooked as well.

I have been thinking about tonight all day. Oh Office, I miss you so.

Can't wait to see the fallout from Dwight and Angela being caught by Phyllis. Oh man! Nirvana is right.

SOMEHOW I managed to miss that show and I'd like to know HOW because I could have sworn I saw a commercial that said SEASON PREMIERE (how the heck do you spell that word?) WEDNESDAY and I sat my butt down to watch wednesday night TV and never found it. GRRRRR I LOVE THAT SHOW and laugh like CRAZY and was soooooooo glad to hear it was coming back.

On a TV note, I saw part of something last night that cracked me up completely too. I have no clue what it was called, but it was some blond guy, divorced, and his ex-wife is engaged to their marriage councelor blah blah blah. The little one-liners had me giggling like crazy.

oh, and happy birthday to papa!

I am so glad that I am not the only one blogging about my tv addictions... LOL!

Julie - thank you! I'm glad somebody is.

Karen - oh my! Did you love it!? I was laughing out loud.

Leah - I watched an episode I hadn't seen before last night. Well I caught the end of it. I'm not sure if it was a rerun or not. I watched a bit of that other show too. Gary something.... I can't remember. Only saw a minute, but it looked funny.

Betsy - nope... LOVE tv.

I watched "The Office" last night, too. Such a cute show. I saw my first episode last week, I think...it was the one where he had the dinner party over at his house with his crazy wife? gf?...and he was showing them how he slept at the foot of the bed...and the dinner was going to be ready in, like, 6 hours. I was *killing* myself laughing!! So funny. Steve Carrell (sp?) is adorable.

I just can't do the 90210 thing, though. ;-)

Normie - The Office just might be my favourite show. I love Steve Carell. So funny. Of course if the opportunity came up to be Mrs. Jim Halpert I would not be turning it down.
