1 cup butter, softened
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
fresh ground pepper, to taste
Take all ingredients and mix well in a small bowl or make it even easier and toss it all in your food processor.
Recipe Notes: I made this not long ago to use for garlic bread. I enjoyed it much more than the garlic spreads you can buy in the store. Oh and those measurements are rough estimates. I just threw everything in the bowl and mixed it up. I made extra tonight to have some on hand. Abby loves her grilled cheese made with garlic butter. She's also not above throwing a piece of bread in the toaster and have garlic toast.
