Tonight Maya asked me a question and I'm going to be honest with you I wasn't even close to 100% paying attention. I was busy with something else so I answered her with a distracted.... mmmhhmmmm.
She repeated the question and I answered her again..... mmmhhmmmmm.
This time I heard her sigh, an exasperated sigh, as she turned to me and said, I'm going to need you to use your words here. Not mmmhhmmmmm. Use your words.
And I bust out laughing because sometimes the fact that she is my mini-me just smacks me in the face.
